Limited Run Merch is committed to giving you the highest level of service and satisfaction possible.

Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
As each Limited Run Merch product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product is faulty
b) or the product does not match the order.

If the products(s) delivered do not match the order please contact us via our contact page outlining the problem and we will be happy to assist. Please include your original invoice number and the delivery address the goods were placed under. If your order has a problem relating to the quality of the products such as a mis-print or damage then please photograph and describe the problem in your email so we may be able to assist.

We cannot take any action until we have investigated your issue and this may require the goods are returned to us for inspection. Once returned we will determine whether the return is valid or not.

If the problem relates to a production issue then a re-print of the goods may be solely offered to rectify the quality issue.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any physical work being undertaken by Limited Run Merch. If you need to cancel your order please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible. We try to get every order out as quickly as possible so your order may already have gone into production at any time after your order has been placed.

Any problem with an order should be outlined within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

If Limited Run Merch is not informed of a problem within 48 hours of goods being delivered it will mean the order has been deemed to have been checked and accepted.

You are responsible for all shipping related costs if items are returned to us as undeliverable for any reason. Any items that are not claimed within 14 days will be donated to charity.
